About
This will be an intimate dinner of about 30 guests where Ryan will talk through Alfaro Family's wines, started by his father Richard. Ryan recently took over from his father and is now the winemaker. In addition, Ryan started his own label, Farm Cottage Wines. Ryan employs different winemaking techniques for Farm Cottage than he does with Alfaro. As you will hear from Ryan, this is a unique chance to taste wines side-by-side made with similar or even the same grapes, but with different techniques and approaches to the vinification.
Chef Yerika Munoz has created a 4-course tasting menu to specifically pair with these fantastic wines. We look forward to a special evening with great wine, food, conversation, and friends old and new.
