Free Medallions for all contestants. Five age groups with Outstanding Costume Trophy for each girl and boy in every age category. A $3.00 Fee per contestant. We will announce all contestants to come to the stage at 4:30 PM followed by the Costume Parade starts at 4:40 PM and then the Awards.
