Lincoln Law School's IP Clinic is the only non-ABA USPTO approved clinic in the United States and is one of only a limited number of patent and trademark clinics nationally. Come to our intellectual property open house. At Lincoln, you can understand the difference between patent and trademark law and the requirements for admission into each program.
